Óscar – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Óscar joined Viajes Travelneed in 2013 as a Senior Operations Executive. During his first year, he played a key role in supporting the business through a period of rapid growth. With a strong background in project management and logistics, he quickly advanced through various roles, focusing on driving operational efficiency and cost control.
Known for his forward-thinking leadership style and ability to challenge the status quo, Noah consistently inspires innovation across the organization. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer and joined the Management Committee in early 2014.
Alejandra – Chief Strategy, Development & Finance Officer
Selina became part of Viajes Travelneed in 2017, initially serving as Group Strategic Project Director. With seven years of experience as a consultant and project leader, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning and business development.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris, Alejandra has a global perspective and a passion for travel—including a six-month round-the-world journey that continues to inspire her approach to hospitality and growth.
Rodrigo – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Rodrigo began his journey with Viajes Travelneed as a technical advisor before joining the company full-time in June 2015 as Director of Engineering. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in August 2022.
A graduate of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Rodrigo brings over 15 years of experience in technology and digital innovation. His career spans various industries, including gaming, advertising, and e-commerce, where he has held roles such as developer, team lead, architect, DevOps engineer, and technical expert. Rodrigo is known for his hands-on approach and for leading both small and large teams to deliver scalable tech solutions.
