Villa Cuesta

ACCESS AND PARKING
Upon arrival, you can access the villa via an asphalt road and enter through the security gate at the community entrance. Villa Cuesta includes private underground parking for several vehicles and additional parking space on the plot, with plenty of street parking available as well.

BASEMENT
In the basement, there are several rooms covering approximately 220 square meters, each serving different purposes including a parking area, technical room, storage rooms, and a backup water deposit. A staircase provides access to the upper levels of the villa.

LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor, approximately 140 m2, features four en suite bedrooms. Two of these are designated as master suites with bathtubs in the bathrooms, while the other two are generously sized guest suites with dressing areas and showers in the bathrooms. Additionally, there are approximately 50 m2 of outdoor spaces, including gardens and terraces, all of which are accessible from each of the four bedrooms.

UPPER FLOOR
The upper floor, approximately 80 m2, features an open space encompassing the living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. The living room opens up to a spacious sun terrace with a beautiful overflowing swimming pool.
